The opportunity arose to create branding identity for a start-up furniture business. The client wanted a logo with branding identity and a set of social media banners and assets that they could launch on various social media platforms. They also wanted banners and assets to put on their Etsy shop aswell.

My research and inspiration was mainly centered around making a feature of the ‘S’ in Santarelli Craft and being inspired by classical lettering and crests. The intitial designs covered a broad range of ideas which I presented to the client. The client preferred the ‘SC’ mixture that was more modern in look. I took this concept and developed it further playing around with different fonts, borders and features.

To help the client make an informed decision, I mocked up the four final design ideas in three different colour-ways to help show how the overall branding would look. I also mocked up each design in how it would look burnt onto wood. The final design chosen was option A with colourway 3. A simple, classy and distinctive design which the client was very happy with. The final handover pack included banners and profile pictures for their Instagram, Facebook and Etsy shop, aswell as full branding info and font packs incase they need any future design work doing.
